Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within Malaysia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.


Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping for all orders delivered within Malaysia. There are no hidden fees, service charges, or delivery costs added to your purchase.


Processing Time

Once your Order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our team will begin the fulfillment process. Please allow:

  • 1–2 business days for order processing and packing.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. The exact delivery timeline may vary depending on your location within Malaysia and third-party courier schedules.

While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, festive seasons).

Once your Order has been shipped, a tracking number (if applicable) will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s tracking platform.


Delivery Conditions

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may reschedule or leave a notification for further instructions.

The Company shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • Delays caused by third-party courier providers.

  • Loss or theft of parcels once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.


Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery arrangements may be made at our discretion.
